Lisa Walston Holley, 66, of Culpeper, Va. went home to be with our Lord, Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at UVA Medical Center. She was predeceased by her mother Blanche Lee Walston.

Lisa is survived by her husband of 38 years Melvin A. (Mel) Holley, Jr., son Brett Christopher Morrow and wife Abigail Olivia “Poca” Morris, father George Walston, sisters Kathy Hendershot and husband Jay, Leigh Rice and husband Andy, and Wendy Musser and husband Daryl, and granddaughters Laurel Sedona Morrow and Lily Eva Morrow.

Lisa, also known as “Bunny”, was a faithful member of Open Door Baptist Church where she was active in Awana for 17 years. She was a loving, caring wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was always available to help others and will be missed by many.

Lisa’s “Celebration of Life” will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2023 at Open Door Baptist Church, 754 Germanna Highway, Culpeper, Va. with Pastor Bernie Jernigan officiating. The family will receive friends for visitation from 1:00 to 2:00 pm and the service will begin at 2:00. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Open Door Baptist Church.
