Kenneth Elvin Brock, 53 of Charlottesville, passed away on June 14, 2022 at Martha Jefferson Hospital. He was born on May 18, 1969 to the late Carl Lee Brock and preceded in death by his stepfather James T. Hawkins.
He is survived by mother, Jeanette Lillie Strother Hawkins; brothers, Carl Donnell Brock, Calvin Brock, both of Stanardsville, and Cameron Anderson of Somersworth, NH.; sisters, Shawnette Gray and husband David of Ruckersville, Tonora B. Paige and husband Corey of Fluvanna, and Kristin Anderson of Charlottesville, Va.; special friend, Teresa Lamb of Charlottesville and long-time friend, Nicky Jones of Louisa.
He was owner and operator of Brushstrokes Unlimited.
A funeral service will be at 2:00 pm on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Shiloh Baptist Church with Dr. Harrison L. Williams officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour before the service, from 1:00 to 2:00 pm at the church. Masks are required.
