Earl Wayne Southard, 73 of Stanardsville, Va., passed away unexpectedly at his home. He was born on February 14, 1949 to the late Ernest Dewey Southard and Mamie Lee Geer Southard.
He retired from Comdial and was a U. S. Army veteran.
He is survived by his brother, Milton L. Southard and wife Barbara of Stanardsville, Va.; sisters, Janice Irene Marshall and husband Randy of Ruckersville, Va. and Mildred L. Adams and husband Cliff of Stanardsville, Va.
Preddy Funeral Home in Madison is in charge of arrangements.
A private interment will be held at a later date.
