Betty Jean Sisk, 75 of Ruckersville, Va. passed away on Friday, December 16, 2022 in Charlottesville, Va. She was born on April 15, 1947 to the late Warren Hardy Runyon and Carrie Juanita Frazier Gallihugh. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Daniel Sisk, Jr. and three brothers, Michael, Jerry, and Warren Runyon.

She is survived by her daughter, Tammy R. Finley of Charlottesville; sons, Robert “Bo” Daniel Sisk, III and wife Ashley of Stanardsville, Michael Wayne Sisk and wife Baileigh of Ruckersville; brothers, Ricky Runyon of Lignum, Donnie Runyon of N.C., Larry Runyon; sisters, Ellen Yancey, Margaret Davis of Orange, Linda Rucker of Nashville, T.N.; grandchildren, Alex L. Wiseman and wife Sierra of Waynesboro, Kristy Lucord, Kenneth “Bud” Michael Lucord, Jr., Blakely Sisk, Hudson Sisk, Robert Daniel Sisk, IV; great-grandchildren, Remington Wiseman, Terrance Morris, Jr. and Trina Morris.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at Preddy Funeral Home in Madison with Pastor Lee Brown officiating. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery in Culpeper. The family will receive friends one hour before the service from 10:00 to 11:00 am at the funeral home.
