Roberta Lee Shifflett, 58, of Charlottesville, passed away at the Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital on Sunday, March 26, 2023. She was born on October 7, 1964, in Winchester, Va., and was the daughter of the late Janice Roberta Sacra Shifflett. She was also preceded in death by her son, T.C. Cowgill.

She is survived by her father Dewey Lee Shifflett, daughter, Barbara Morris, and husband Kenneth, four brothers, Jonathan, Mark, Jason, and Dewey Lee Shifflett Jr., sisters, Mary S. Mick, Jennifer Shifflett, and Ten grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Preddy Funeral Home of Orange is assisting the family with arrangements.
