Robert Samuel Whitbeck, Jr. 82 of Wolftown, passed away on Friday, December 16, 2022 at Culpeper Health and Rehab. in Culpeper. He was born on September 5, 1940 to the late Robert Samuel Whitbeck, Sr. and Cora Belle Morris Whitbeck. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Hazel Jean Virginia Anderson Whitbeck.

He is survived by his two nephews, Mike “Z” Anderson and Gary Anderson, both of Madison.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, December 23, 2022 at Preddy Funeral Home in Madison with Pastors Jim Blackwell and Jeff Shifflett. Interment will be in Rose Park Rapidan Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour before the service from 10:00 to 11:00 at the funeral home.
