Randolph Allen Chambers, 68 of Gordonsville, died Tuesday January 25, 2022 at the Martha Jefferson Hospital. Born April 28, 1953 in Louisa, he was the son of Bernice Hicks Ridnour of Glenn Allen and the late Randolph Clayborn Chambers. He was also preceded in death by his granddaughter, Lillya Crawford, a brother, Larry Chambers, grandmother, Virgie Chambers and an aunt, Mildred Smith.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Sheila May Chambers of Gordonsville, his daughter, Kelly Crawford and husband David of Orange, two sisters, Donna Scott of Louisa, Debbie Crawford  of Richmond, mother-in-law, Betty Riley, a special cousin, Randy Smith and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday February 1, 2022 at Preddy Funeral Home in Gordonsville with interment to follow in Maplewood Cemetery. Rev. Miles Vanskike will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday January 31, 2022 at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Orange Animal Shelter, 11362 Porter Road, Orange, VA 22960.
