Norman Louross Wells Sr.                                      March 9, 2025

Norman Louross Wells Sr., 92, of Zachary Taylor Hwy, Unionville, died at his residence on Sunday, March 9, 2025. He was born on March 7, 1933 in Annapolis, MD and was the son of the late Norman Bell Wells and Rosemary Ford Wells Conrad. He is also predeceased by his wife Barbara Truslow Wells; and two sons Norman L. Wells Jr. and Samuel David Wells.

He was an Air Force Veteran and a P O W of the Viet Nam Conflict.

He is survived by three daughters Nina W. Cooper and husband Ernest of Madison, Roseleen Dodson of Unionville, and Donna Lynn Rinker and husband William of Unionville; twelve grandchildren Matthew Gordon, Jeremy Dodson, Leila Bell, Megan Dodson, Jonathan Dodson, Ashely Sliger, Kara Wells, Stacey Wells, Kathleen Wells, Brittany Wells, Tyler Wells, and Hannah Rinker; fifteen great grandchildren April Sliger, Patrick McPeak, Alivia Sliger, Aidan Sliger, MicKayla Benjamin, Kobe Benjamin, Adalyne Dodson, Drake Dodson, Dylan Gordon, Nicholas Bell, Annabelle Gordon, April Benjamin, Alix Benjamin, Tristan Wells, and Kal-ElDodson-Navas; one great-great grandchild Linken Haas.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 14, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. graveside at the Culpeper National Cemetery with full military honors. Preddy Funeral Home of Orange is assisting the family.
