Mary Garth Lamb 74, died peacefully at her home July 1, 2022 after many years with Alzheimer’s. She was born March 27, 1948 in Charlottesville, Va. to the late Harry and Maxine Garth. Mary was preceded in death by son, Christopher “Todd” Trevillian and her brother, Harry Lyle Garth.

Mary was a member of the Stanardsville Baptist Church and served on many committees. She enjoyed swimming, gardening, and traveling.

She is survived by her husband of forty years, Larry E. Lamb; sons, John Trevillian III and wife Tracey and William Garth Trevillian all of Stanardsville; stepson, Eric Lamb and his family; sisters, Lucy Huff and husband Rob, Jann Whitten and husband Dan; grandchildren, Christina Trevillian Forbes, Allison Trevillian and Tyler Trveillian, Braydon Morris and Rylyn Morris; great grandchildren, Baylie Forbes, Braylon and Braxton Herring and Ryder Moon.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 am Friday, July 8, 2022, at the Stanardsville Baptist Church with interment in Holly Memorial Gardens in Charlottesville conducted by Pastor Josh Shifflett and her cousin Pastor David Garth. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 8 pm at Preddy Funeral Home in Madison.

The family would like to express a special thanks to Angela Conley and Doris Campbell her caregivers and friend.
