Lillian Esther Casar Bowman                       December 1, 2024


Lillian Esther Casar Bowman 86, of Orange, passed away on Sunday, December 1, 2024, in Orange. She was born on September 19, 1938, in South Ostelic, New York, and was the daughter of the late Ernest Henry Casar and Susie Agusta Burdick Casar. She was also preceded in death by a son, Gerald Morgan “Jerry” Bowman, her brothers, Leon Verner and Leslie Jay Casar, and a granddaughter, Dawn Renee Taylor.
Mrs. Bowman is survived by her daughters, Donna Bowman Ellis and husband Charles, of Orange, Beverly Bowman Thomas and husband David, of Orange, her grandchildren, Adrienne Nicole Bowman, Lisa Marie Tovar, Dustin Aaron Thomas, and great-grandchildren, Bradley and Thomas Taylor, Kaelyn Hill, and MaKena, Jorge, Sophia, and Leo Tovar.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 6, 2024, at 1:00 PM in Graham Cemetery, with Pastor Terry Jewel officiating. Preddy Funeral Home of Orange is assisting the family with arrangements.
