Born on May 2, 1988, he was the son of Ray and Deborah Rowley. Kenny was Preceded in death by his grandparents, Allen and Norma Rowley, and Walter and Ellen Moubray; und his uncle, Nick Rowley. 

Kenny enjoyed fishing, camping, working on cars with friends, and just hanging out in the shop with friends at home. He loved his dogs, collecting rocks, and his tie die business, where he made and sold tie-dye clothing. In Kenny’s life journey, he never knew a stranger. In him no truer friend could ever be found. 

In addition to his parents, Kenny is survived by his uncles, Allen Rowley, Manuel Santiago, Walter Steven Moubray; his aunts, Melissa Sprouse and Elise Cross; his beloved cousins; and his close friends, Ricky Taylor & Felicia Nicholson, Ricky & Rachel Monk, Regan Nicholson, Stacy Peyton, Randy Snow, Wesley Humell, and Katlyn Taylor. 

A memorial service will be held from 2-4 p.m. on January 25, 2025, at Mechanicsville Baptist Church. The family invites you to bring a dish to share.
