Jeffery E. Kemper passed on to receive his full blessing on the evening of February 11, 2025. Jeffery’s early life was influenced heavily by his grandfather, Alexander “Pa” Kemper who taught him many valuable life lessons. Jeff distinguished himself as a student athlete at OCHS, as a graduate of the University of Virginia and in business, winning awards and accomplishing milestones too numerous to mention. What he was most proud of in life was the work he did with his volunteer ministry at the Charlottesville Health and Rehab Center, which was a culmination of his lifelong journey through Christ. Jeffery grew up going to Bethel Baptist with his family and continued to attend other churches as an adult, but it wasn’t until the second half of his life that his walk would grow and mature as he did. Jeff is survived by his wife Cynthia, daughter Michelle Mumfrey, son Jacob, grandchildren, great grandchildren and two brothers. As per Jeffery’s wishes, there will be no funeral. The family will reach out for any remembrance or gathering they may do
