Janet Ann Down, 75 of Gordonsville, died Monday September 20, 2021 at her residence. Born October 5, 1945 in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of the late Silverio M. Cristofoli and Eleanor Green Cristofoli. She was the wife of the late JV Down. Mrs. Down was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagle, Lodge 4345, Lynchburg South Moose and the VFW Post 74 Auxiliary. She was an avid pool player.

She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Lee Lint and husband William of Derry, PA, a son, Chris Down of Gordonsville, two grandchildren, Ashley and Randy and two great-grandchildren, Desiree and Alice.

A service will be held at a later date.
