Martha Diane Hart, 76, of Pratts, passed away Saturday, July 31, 2021 in Novant Health in Haymarket, Virginia. She was born February 9, 1945 in Baltimore Md. and was the daughter of the late Lucius Massie Boyd and Lala Rookhe Moss Boyd.

Martha was a member of The Flock in Pratts and a retired anesthesiologist. After retiring from nursing, she obtained her bachelor’s degree at Art Academy in Cincinnati, Ohio and created art and photography.

She is survived by her husband, Dennis Kirk Kelch; daughter, Elizabeth Kristen Guzior, and husband Pete of Cincinnati, Oh; son, Thomas Chaplin Hart III, and wife Mary Fey of Park Hill, Kentucky; grandchildren, Finn Baxter, Doug Guzior and David Guzior.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 Noon Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Preddy Funeral Home in Madison conducted by Pastor Mark Cook. The family will receive friends from 11 to 12, one hour before the service on Saturday at the funeral home. A private interment will be held at a later date.
