Aubrey Thomas Seal, 90, of Brooking Street, Orange passed on Sunday, February 9, 2025, surrounded by family. He was born on June 11, 1934, in Orange and was the son of the late Thomas David Seal and Mary Elsie Donald Seal. He is also predeceased by a brother Kennon David Seal, and two sisters Martha Marks and Violet Batman.

Aubrey is survived by his wife Nancy Colvin Seal of Orange; a daughter Debra Houchens of Charlottesville; a son Thomas Seal and wife Amanda of Orange; a step-son Jerry Herndon of Orange; six grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren. Also many nieces, nephews, cousins & 2 special friends Darrel Williams & Wallace Easton.

Aubrey was a dump truck driver for many years, he also enjoyed riding around the town of Orange and visiting the family cemetery daily.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at the Preddy Funeral Chapel, Orange. Rev. Kenny Morton and Rev. Terry Jewell will officiate. The family will receive friends 2 hours before the service. The interment will be private. Instead of flowers contributions can be made to assist with funeral arrangements.
