Otis Ashton, Sr., 87, of Unionville, VA, passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at Novant Health UVA Culpeper Medical Center. He was born on January 31, 1935 in PA, to the late, Joseph and Fannie Ashton.

He is survived by his loving wife, Ruby Ashton; his daughters, Angela Ashton-Becton, and Tameka Monique Ashton; his sons, Otis Tyrone Ashton, Jr. and wife Joanne, Mark Anthony Ashton, Tommy Spencer (Cheremie), and Kenneth Spencer; and grandchildren, Theodore Spencer, Jasmine Spencer, Jessica Spencer, Jessette Spencer, Sidonie Adair Becton, Esq., Stefan Adairius Becton, Xavier Ashton, Octavia Janelle Ashton, Letisha Unique Ashton, and Otis Joseph Ashton, III.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 14, 2022 at 11 a.m. at Main Uno Baptist Church, 2654 S Blue Ridge Turnpike, Rochelle, VA 22738, with Pastor Darnell Lundy officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, from 10 a.m. to 11 . Burial will be in the church cemetery.
