Nicklous Gregory Pendleton              February 22, 2023

Nicklous Gregory Pendleton, 20, of Gordonsville passed away February 22, 2023. Nick was a graduate of Louisa County High School and was a student at Piedmont Virginia Community College. He was going to major in business and would’ve owned a successful business one day. You just knew that. He was smart, driven, funny, and so handsome. Nick was one of the kindest people you will ever meet with a smile that could light up a room. He showed the utmost kindness to children and respect to the elderly. He was just all that is good.

Nick was taken from us too soon and is survived by many people who loved him and miss him terribly. Surviving are: his parents, Cristen and her husband Herbert Bowles, Nicklous Pendleton and his fiancé Rachel Walker; his siblings, Nathaniel Pendleton, Meena Bowles, Kimora Cooper, Ty Bowles, Jamar Bowles, Messiah Barbour, Symora Pendleton, Sh’kai Pendleton, Naleyah Turner-Pendleton, Jaylon Pendleton, Alivia Pendleton; his loving soulmate, Katy Cherry; his grandparents, Diana Stalnaker and her husband Roger, Jimmy Watkins and his wife Gail, Barbara Pendleton, Doris Pankey, and great-grandparents, Brenda Ornduff and her husband Bill; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Nick was preceded in death by his sister Aaliyah Pendleton and his grandfather Gregory Pendleton.

The family will receive friends on Monday March 6th from 6 pm to 8 pm at Preddy’s Funeral Home at 301 South Main Street, Gordonsville, VA. The funeral will be held on Tuesday March 7th at 4 pm at City Church of Charlottesville at 1010 Rio Rd East, Charlottesville, VA. Overflow parking is available across the street at Harvest Church. A gathering will be held in the church after the funeral and all are welcome. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider donations to the BUCKSquad911.org, a community organization working to reduce gun violence in Charlottesville.
