Loretta Audrey Kinney Brock 91 of Barboursville passed away Monday, May 6, 2024 in Charlottesville. She was born February 4, 1933 in Charlottesville and was the daughter of the late Archie Brisco Kinney and Gladys Iona Strother Kinney Lindsay. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Abell Lindberg Brock and a brother, Archie Brisco Kinney, Jr.

Mrs. Brock is survived by her daughters, Delores Lynne Brock of Charlottesville, Anita Yvonne Brock Miller and husband Greg of Ruckersville; step daughter, Maggie Burchette of Charlottesville; sons, Nathaniel Lindberg Brock and wife Karen of Madison, Eric Brisco Brock of Barboursville; five grandchildren, Perry Quarles and wife Jamel, Jeff Miller and wife April, Shawn Quarles and wife Tyesh, Lauren Brock and Michael Brock; nine great-grandchildren, Kayla, Demetia, Stefan, Breit, Aaliyah, Tianna, Harper, Holden and Shawn II.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at Blue Run Baptist Church, 7435 Constitution Highway, Gordonsville, VA 22942. The family will receive friends one hour before the service from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church. The interment will be private.
