Jimmy Martin was born April 23,1954 in Louisa,Va. He died September 23,2021

He is survived by his wife Kathy Martin of Louisa, brother Charlie martin and his wife Betsy of Louisa, brother Allen Martin of Richmond, daughter Angela Gento from Massachusetts, stepson Steven Mesimer of Louisa, grandchildren Alex and Cassie of Massachusetts and Baby Girl Taylor Maddox of Locust Grove. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews that meant the world to him. 

Jimmy was a fun loving family man that never met a stranger. Everyone he loved knew it because he loved to tease those he was close to. 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St Judes Children's Hospital as he felt all children deserved the best life possible.

A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday September 28, 2021 at Preddy Funeral Home in Gordonsville.
