James Andrew Jenkins, 80 of Aroda, passed away on Sunday, June 19, 2022 at UVA Culpeper Hospital. He was born on November 3, 1941 to the late George William Jenkins and Bessie Ellen Jenkins. He was preceded in death by brothers, Raymond and Charlie; sisters, Bessie and Mary Ann.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Anna Sisk Jenkins; daughter, Terri Jenkins Button; sons, James Troy Jenkins and wife Beth and Stephen Andrew Jenkins and wife Johna; brother, Clifton “Tippy” Jenkins and wife Dottie; eight grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at Preddy Funeral Home in Madison. The family will receive friends one hour before the service, from 6:00 to 7:00 at the funeral home.
An interment will be held at a later date.
