Florence Taylor Lamb              May 11, 2023

Florence Taylor Lamb, 82 of Madison, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 11, 2023 at Greene Acres Nursing Home.

She was born on July 22, 1940 to the late James Taylor and Mabel Jarrell Taylor. She was also preceded in death by

her husband, Elmer Davis Lamb;daughter,Barbara Lamb Jenkins; brothers, Lonnie Taylor, James Taylor, Willie Taylor

and Doug Taylor; and sister Joyce McDaniel.

She is survived by her daughter, Connie Lamb Cave and husband Dennis of Rochelle; grandchildren, Jamie Cave

Carpenter and husband Ashby, Shelly Cave, Angela Miller and husband Christopher, Joseph Jenkins and

Nicole Chamberlain and husband Jared. She was blessed with 12 great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at Preddy Funeral Home Chapel

in Madison conducted by Pastor Jeff Shifflett.  Interment will be in Rose Park Rapidan Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 am

on Tuesday at the funeral home.
