Eva Mae Williams, 91 of Louisa, died Monday September 13, 2021 at her residence. Born September 27, 1929 in Louisa, she was the daughter of the late John Richard Harlow, Sr. and Annie Mae Harlow. She is also preceded in death by four brothers, Jasper “Joker” Harlow, Elton Harlow, Pete Harlow and Billy Harlow. Mrs. Williams was a longtime member of Macedonia United Methodist Church. She loved living on the family farm and she enjoyed cooking and making quilts.

She is survived by her daughter, Jenny Hottinger, two grandchildren, Teresa Earley and husband James, Mark Hottinger and wife Nicolle, a great-grandson, Tyler Earley, special nephew, John Harlow and a host of nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday September 18, 2021 at the Macedonia United Methodist Church Cemetery in Louisa.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Macedonia Church Cemetery Fund, 17 Byrd Mill Road, Louisa, VA 23093.

Preddy Funeral Home of Gordonsville is handling arrangements.
