Carolyn Fay Marshall           March 2, 2023

Carolyn Fay Marshall, 66 of Petersburg, Va. passed away on Thursday, March 2, 2023 at UVA Hospital. She was born on February 12, 1957 to the late William Andrew Marshall and Dora Glenn Leake Marshall. She was also preceded in death by her four brothers, Harry Marshall, William A. “Jack” Marshall, Jr., Robert Marshall, George “Buddy” Marshall; and sister, Ruth Ann Belew.

She is survived by her daughters, Cheri Lynn Shifflett and husband Jesse and Christa Gale McCauley and husband Jesse Crawford; son, James “Jay” Allen McCauley, Jr and wife Casie.; brothers, Hunter Marshall and Richard Marshall; sister Betty Marshall; grandchildren, Kaylee, Kelsey, Boogie, Jasper, Michael Wayne, Kayden, Jessalynn, Colton, Abigale, Liam, Michael Lee, and Kendra; companion, Craig Davis and his daughter, Suzie Davis.

A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at Preddy Funeral Home Chapel in Madison, Va.
