Bobby Franklin Gordon, 62 of Brightwood, Va., passed away on Monday, July 31, 2023 at his home. He was born on February 8, 1961 to the late Benjamin Franklin Gordon and Virginia Bell Haynes Gordon. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Harrison Gordon.

He is survived by his daughters, Marsha Farnham and husband Chris of Spotsylvania, and Brandi Gordon of Culpeper; son, Robby Richards of Madison; brothers, John William Gordon and wife Sue of Stanley, Va., and Franklin Turner of Elkton; sisters, Gail Sisk and husband Junior of Madison, and Rose Herndon and husband Douglas of Elkton; grandchildren, Luke Richards, Thomas Farnham, Abel Farnham; and a host of nieces and nephews.

A memorial gathering will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Thursday, August 3, 2023 at Preddy Funeral Home Chapel in Madison, Va.
