Spencer ‘Vance’ Neely unexpectedly earned his angel wings on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at the age of 50. He was born July 25, 1969, in Manassas VA to the late Judy Ann (Davis) Oster.

Vance is survived by his wife, Michelle Neely; his dad, William ‘Bill’ Oster of Springfield, West Virginia; children, Shelby (Lexi) of Fluvanna County, Nicholas of Colonial Beach, Ryan (Autumn) of King George, Stephanie ‘Hunter’, Shannon and Spencer Jr all of Louisa; a step-daughter, Loren Ashleigh-Ruth of Oakland Park, FL; 2 granddaughters, Ryleigh and Emma; 3 siblings, Jaime Neely (Tara) of Richmond, Robbie Oster (Melissa) of Cedar Hill, TX, and Christy Oster of Charlottesville, his parents-in-law, Merle (Linda) and Linda, 3 sibling-in-laws, Merle (Susan), Amy and Michael (Elizabeth); 2 cousins, Penny (Roger), Tom (Susan); numerous nieces and nephews and his feline daughter, Marble. Besides his mom, he is predeceased by his grandparents, Marion and Julia Davis; 2 uncles, Roger (Loanie) and Danny.

Vance was a loving & devoted husband; he enjoyed watching the NASCAR races, Homicide Hunter, history shows, MindHunter and prior to his heart issues he enjoyed anything with cars (especially Fox Body Mustangs).

Above all else the love Vance had for his children was his utmost importance.

Memorial/Celebration of life will be at a later date due to COVID-19.
